We are the data controller for this website and store.

What we collect

  • Order details: name, email, phone (optional), billing/shipping address, items purchased, value, and payment reference (we don’t see full card numbers).

  • Messages you send us (email/DMs/contact form).

  • Newsletter sign-ups (email + preferences).

  • Site usage/cookie data (through Squarespace analytics and similar tools).

How we use your data & legal bases (UK GDPR)

  • To process and deliver your order; service emails about your order (contract).

  • Customer support and record keeping (legitimate interests).

  • Marketing emails if you opted in; you can unsubscribe anytime (consent).

  • Tax/accounting/legal compliance (legal obligation).

Sharing with trusted providers (processors)
We share necessary data with: Squarespace (site/checkout), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Royal Mail and (if Express) DHL/UPS (delivery), Google Workspace (email), and Click & Drop / ShipStation if used for labels, and our accountant. They only process your data to provide these services to us.

International transfers
Some providers store/process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, they use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent.

Retention
Order records are kept for up to 6 years for tax purposes. Support emails up to 2 years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Cookies
Our site uses cookies for core site functions and basic analytics. You can control cookies in your browser. If you decline non-essential cookies, some features may not work as intended. (See our Cookies notice/banner on site for details.)

Marketing
We only send marketing if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by writing to us.

Our store isn’t directed to children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Security
We use SSL/HTTPS and reputable providers. Payment details are handled by Stripe/PayPal; we never store full card numbers.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and update the “last updated” date.

Do we sell personal information?
No. We don’t sell or rent your personal data.
