Damages & defects
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, email hello@sundaymoodart.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it promptly (or refund if a replacement isn’t available).
Returns & exchanges
As a small studio, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final once placed.
Cancelling your order
If you need to cancel or change your order, email hello@sundaymoodart.com within 2 hours of purchase. After we begin printing/packing, orders can’t be cancelled.
Wrong address / unclaimed parcels
If an address is entered incorrectly or a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, we can reship once it’s back with us; additional postage will be due.
International returns & fees
If we authorise a return from outside the UK, please mark the parcel “Return—unwanted goods.” Any duties/fees we’re charged on the return will be deducted from the refund.
Non-returnable items
Personalised items, custom commissions, digital downloads and gift cards are final sale (faults excepted).
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. UK/EU consumers may have a legal “cooling-off” right to cancel certain online purchases—if that applies, please email us within 14 days of delivery and return items in original condition; return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error.
